For the past 15 years, Tier3 Technologies has been a tenured service provider in the enterprise technology space.  Initially, Tier3 started out as a technology reseller selling technologies such as Riverbed, NetApp, EMC, and Cisco. Over the years, Tier3 evolved into a managed service provider providing top of the line services around riverbed technologies. In order to make this transition effectively, Tier3 developed a platform that would enable them to provide a world-class level of service.

The Eveready Services Platform (ESP) was born. “ESP”, probably better known for its use as the acronym for “Extra Sensory Perception”, was the inspiration for the name of the platform. The name was supposed to play on the fact that this remote monitoring and management tool would help engineers to “gain their 6th sense” into the network.

After utilizing the Eveready Services Platform in conjunction with Tier3’s managed services for many years, it became apparent that there was a need in the market for other partners to make the transition from reseller to the managed service provider. However, the transition became difficult as technology evolves at exponential rates, training requirements become pressing and more difficult, and big shops are able to step in and dominate the services market.

Tier3 has decided to make the leap from a managed service provider to a managed service enabler. It is our goal to not only provide partners with a tool to effectively make the transition but to aid in the service back end as well

With tier3’s Eveready services platform, partners will have a tool to monitor their end customers network and a completely white labeled services arm that will allow them to generate a monthly recurring revenue stream, stay competitive in the market, and get to market faster.
